Yes, we do! Our cut-off time for same-day delivery in KL/Selangor is 5 PM and Penang/Johor is 4 PM. We currently deliver from Monday to Sunday, 7 days/week. For subscription flowers, the cut-off time is at 1 AM on Wednesday. If you place an order after 1 AM Wednesday, your flowers will be delivered the following Thursday.
Yes, you can but you’ll need to inform us ASAP. If you’d like to change your order details, please email us at contact@bloomthis.co with your new order details. At BloomThis, we do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but we can only guarantee changes (including delivery address & card message) if they are requested before 10 AM, 1 day before the delivery date. For changes to delivery on special occasions, you’ll have to request at least 3 days in advance (eg for Valentine’s Day on 14 Feb, please send in your change request on 10 AM, 11 Feb.)
Yes, you can cancel your order by e-mailing us at contact@bloomthis.co by 10 AM one day before your delivery date. Upon confirmation by our Customer Service, your payment will then be refunded to you in store credit (BloomThis Gift Card) ONLY. This gift card will have a standard expiry date of one year and can be used to purchase any product in our store. Any leftover credit can be used for your next purchase.
Subscription
Every bloom in the BloomThis Subscription box are selected carefully by our florists. As we aim to create a surprise for all of our subscription customers, we’re not able to customize flowers for subscriptions. We hope you’ll love the selections as much as we do.
We understand that there’ll be times that you’re away and will not be around to receive the flowers. You can pause or cancel by emailing us at contact@bloomthis.co. We just need to know two days before your scheduled delivery day.
Your card will only be charged on the first subscription month when you place the initial order. Subsequent charges will be made monthly. This allows us to only order the flowers that our customers want and help to keep the costs down for you.
The BloomThis Subscription Box comes with simple instructions on flower arrangement, so you’ll be able to arrange and enjoy them in no time. If you need more ideas, visit our blog for creative arrangement tips.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards (Visa & Mastercard) for payment. If you don’t wish to use a credit card, you can also opt for online bank transfer (FPX) or e-wallets (Grab, Boost and etc) via the RazorPay and GrabPay payment option during checkout.
We work with Stripe & RazorPay to make shopping online safe. Stripe & RazorPay holds all credit card information securely. No credit card information is held by us or accessible to us.
Delivery
Yes, we do! Every order you make with BloomThis comes with 100% FREE same-day delivery in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang & Johor Bahru (additional surcharge for far-off locations). Need it ASAP? Choose our super-fast Express Delivery on checkout to get your flowers within the next 4 business hours. Need your order status? Get notified on your order status every step of the way with our Order Tracker feature available via website or WhatsApp.

We provide same-day delivery for flowers & gifts in Kuala Lumpur & Selangor for orders made before 5 PM while for Penang & Johor Bahru, for orders made before 4 PM. For Cakes & Desserts, we provide next-day delivery for orders made before 4 PM.
We provide three delivery slots - Morning (9 AM - 2 PM), Standard (9 AM - 6 PM) and Evening (4 PM - 8 PM). You can track your order status here on your delivery date.
If you have an urgent order, we encourage you to use BloomThis Express Delivery (+ RM 50) for delivery in 4 hours from the order made and within our opening hours (9 AM - 5 PM). So yes, that means we don’t do midnight deliveries as that’s past 5 PM :)
For a fast & efficient delivery, please ensure that your recipient is present at the address provided to receive the flowers. Free delivery will only be made ONCE. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the flowers will be sent back to BloomThis and a notification will be sent to you.
If you’d like to redeliver, a redelivery fee will be charged depending on your recipient’s location and also subject to flower condition. No replacement flowers will be delivered if the flowers are wilted after being sent back to us.

No, you can only earn points when paying online via credit card, FPX, or e-wallets.
Nope! The more points, the merrier and the more you buy, the more you earn.
Yes, they have an expiry date of 12 months (after your most recent order).
Nope, unfortunately points are non-transferable and non-refundable.

To use your points, simply go to ‘Rewards’ and select a reward you'd like to redeem. If you have enough points, you can use them for a reward that you can use at checkout.
Just click the 'Apply Code' button to have the discount code auto-applied to your shopping cart. Alternatively, you may enter the discount code in the ‘Promo Code’ field on the checkout page. Please make sure that you are logged into your account when applying the code.
Oh no... your reward will be cancelled and removed from your account.
Rewards are available for registered members only and applicable once only in a single order. Discount codes cannot be stacked and are not exchangeable for cash. BloomThis reserves the right to amend the BloomThis Rewards program terms & conditions at any time.
Miscellaneous
Our bespoke boxes are specially designed to protect your flowers. We also developed care methods for each individual flower variety within our range so they’re in perfect condition when you receive them. Also check out our blog article on how to keep the flowers fresh.
You can reuse the boxes or wrappers for other packaging purposes or you can recycle them.
