Can I choose the type of flowers that I want for subscriptions?
Every type of flowers in BloomThis Box are selected tastefully by our florists. As BloomThis Box strives to create the surprising factor to every of our customers, we are unable to entertain customization of flowers for subscriptions at this moment. We hope you’ll love the selections as much as we do.
How do my flowers survive the journey?
Our bespoke boxes are especially designed to protect your flowers. We also developed care methods for each individual flower variety within our range hence they are in perfect condition when you receive them.
I know nothing about flowers and flower arrangement! What do I do with them?
BloomThis Box comes with simple instructions on flower arrangement, so you’ll be able to arrange and enjoy them in no time. Alternatively, you may visit our blog or check out our videos for more creative arranging tips.
Must my recipient be present to accept the flowers?
To maintain a fast and efficient delivery process, please ensure that your recipient is present at the delivery address you provided to receive the flowers. The free delivery will only be made ONCE and if the delivery is not successful, the flowers will be sent back to us and a notification will be sent to you. If there's a need for a re-delivery, a delivery cost will be charged. Re-delivery is also subjected to the condition of the flowers and no replacement flowers will be delivered if the flowers have wilted after being sent back to us.
Where do you deliver?
We only provide delivery to Penang and Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, Selangor) at the moment. For deliveries to Penang mainland, please order 1 day in advance. Why don’t you deliver on Saturday or Sundays or public holiday?
The flower supply chain slows down over the weekend and public holiday. As we are committed to send you the freshest, longest lasting flowers, we offer delivery during business days for on-demand deliveries and every Thursday for weekly deliveries.
Do you have a cut-off time for taking orders?
Yes we do.
Our order cut-off time for the on-demand blooms (same day) delivery is on 12:00pm. Therefore, if you place an order after 12:00pm today, you won't be able to select today as your delivery day. We currently only offer same day delivery on weekdays.
Our order cut-off time for the weekly blooms (subscription) delivery is on Wednesdays 1:00am. Therefore, if you place an order after Wednesday 1:00am, it will be delivered on the following Thursday.
Can I change my order details?
You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or send us a live chat message to change your order details such as message card or shipping addresses. Changes to any order details can only be made up until 1 working day before your delivery date.
What can I do with your packaging box?
You can reuse the box for other packaging purposes or you can recycle them.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit card payment and PayPal. If you don't wish to use a credit card, you can also manually bank deposit the payment to us. Here are our banking details:
How do I pause or cancel my order?
We understand that there will be times that you will be away for holidays for example, and unable to receive the flowers. For scheduled orders, you can pause or cancel by emailing us at email@example.com. We just need to know two (2) days before your scheduled delivery day.
When do you charge my credit card?
Your card will only be charged for your first subscription month when you place your initial order. Subsequent charges will be made on your card monthly. This allows us to only order the flowers that our customers want and help to keep the costs down for you.
Are payments on your site secure?
We work with PayPal to make shopping online safe. PayPal holds all credit card information securely. No credit card information is held or accessible to us.
